We’re super flexible! You’re welcome to make changes to your guest numbers, timing, and even your catering package after booking.

Around 4 weeks before your event, we’ll get in touch to start finalising the details — the perfect time to update your booking. We completely understand that gathering RSVPs and dietary requirements takes time, and we’re always happy to offer advice as your event gets closer.

The main things to keep in mind are:

  • A minimum spend may apply on the day
  • Once a deposit has been received, guest numbers can’t decrease by more than 10%, provided the minimum spend is still met.

If your guest numbers do drop significantly, we’re more than happy to help you increase the catering instead, so you remain within 10% of your original booking value.

Our tip? It’s always better to underestimate guest numbers when paying your deposit — we can easily add extra guests or catering later on!

Wait staff can be a great addition for cocktail-style roaming service or buffet catering for large groups. We’d be happy to provide a quote for wait staff to be included in the packages or you’re welcome to arrange your own.

Whilst we are self contained, we appreciate access to a standard 10-amp power outlet - we have extra long power leads. We don't require access to water.

Absolutely! We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, including halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut-free, dairy free, and more. Just let us know your guests’ requirements when finalising your booking, and we’ll help make sure everyone is looked after.

Please note: that as we work mostly on outdoor events or other venues that are not our own, there is always a small risk of cross-contamination. For this reason, we’re unable to guarantee a completely safe option for those with Coeliac disease unless they’re comfortable with the risk.

We include 1.5 hours of service for events with up to 100 guests, and 2.5 hours of service for events with more than 100 guests.

For sit-down dinners, our standard service is between 3.5 to 4 hours of service. Service can be extended for an additional hourly fee to cover the extra ingredients and staff time. Just let us know!

Yes — absolutely! We operate from our food truck kitchen, so we don’t require access to a commercial kitchen onsite. All we need is a small space for plating up and service, and we can handle the rest.

Yes — absolutely! Please let us know your requirements and we can tailor your package accordingly.

Length: 6.5m, Width: 2.5m, Height: 3.7m. Whilst we can park anywhere, please ensure that the way to the truck parking location is safe and clear for our truck. Due to cooking equipment and weight of the truck it is essential we park on a flat land.
